Objective: Provides technical knowledge skill in the inspection, servicing, and repair of the buildings, grounds, equipment, and furnishings. Education · High school diploma. Post-secondary training in a trade is recommended Qualifications: · Responsible, high-integrity, high-standards · Ability to work well independently and with a team. · Ability to keep up-to-date with workplace techniques, methods, and improvements · Must comply with environmental, health, and safety laws/regulations, building codes, and ADA accessibility guidelines. -Able to read instructions, blueprints, schematic drawings. · Skilled in maintenance/repair procedures (e.g., mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, etc.). · Experience with building systems such as HVAC, mechanical, and electrical · Provide basic tools: Drill/driver, standard socket, box and pipe wrench set, plier set, vice grip, Phillips/standard screwdrivers, claw hammer, tape measure, level, flashlight and utility knife. Additional tools recommended · Valid driver’s license. Pay based on experience, very competitive.
