Looking for local hands to come help finish the floors of my 520 sqft garage. - Floor needs stains removal and surface prepping via DIAMOND SURFACE GRINDING -- Must bring/rent your own equipment. - Fill cracks and other imperfections - Clean work surface (remove all dust) - 2 part Epoxy coating w/ Flakes - UV protectant clear coat We are happy to pay a fair price for the work, but due to previous bad experiences I will not pay until the work is complete, the paint is dry, and I don't see any obvious imperfections.
