Looking to hire someone who would like to become a director of a festival Someone who has a background in events would do best in this position. You will receive commission and ROYALTIES of the company and become a shareholder. You would be responsible for coordinating the events, contacting vendors, DJs and networking… must be able to use WIX or be willing to learn how (very easy). Must be fluent in social media / instagram. Graphic design photoshop or other creative programs a plus. Interior design or photography background a plus. I care that you are VERY COMPETENT, quick, high performance, and want to become a leader in the industry. I want people who think they can do my job better than me and want to be leaders. someone who has their eye on the big royalties made with successful events and marketing. Please have; An abundance / positive / growth mindset The ability to write an amazing proper email A social media account Experience in the art or design world A love for designing, creating events or art Tech competent- can use social media, do some level of design and are creatively innovative Are able to get things done on your own without hand holding This is an opportunity that can skyrocket your career and life to the next level.
