Full-time position for maintenance tech; must be reliable, self-motivated, independent worker. All general maintenance knowledge of plumbing, locks, turns meaning paint, hvac & pool basics, light landscape/snow removal. Must be able to lift 50#, operate necessary equipment safely. Works under direction of property manager and can communicate well with residents. Must have reliable transportation and be available for on-call emergencies. Qualified candidates must be able to perform various duties aimed at maintaining and enhancing the apartment community. Salary based on experience. Full-time benefits available after 60days.
