Buchner's Bierhalle is a German restaurant and bierhalle serving authentic German eats as well as Franco-German biers and wines. We are a full service restaurant with a small indoor space and outdoor biergarten. Because we are a smaller operation, we are looking for a new team member to perform an array of duties to assist us in the areas of dishwashing, bussing tables, running food and barback duties. Here is a rundown of what you can expect to do with us: Dishwasher/Bussing duties: + Ensuring the availability of clean dishes by bussing tables, washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware, and resetting dining areas + Taking out the trash and rinsing garbage cans + Maintaining cleanliness of all cleaning machines and appliances used in the kitchen Barback/Food running duties: + Replacing kegs + Restocking glasses and all supplies + Expediting dishes to customers + Maintain bar area cleanliness for max efficiency Job Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Reliable phone and transportation Customer service related experience Great attitude Resume with references required.
