We are currently looking to bring a quality painter to join our New Home Construction Painting team! Experience painting is required, 2+ years preferred. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with optional weekends 40+ hours a week Pay is weekly! Pay for this position will be negotiated at the time of the interview with performance-based raises. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: puttying nail holes, caulking trim work (baseboards, door frames, window sills,) sanding, operating a spray rig, brushing in trim work, concrete staining, cutting in with a brush. While other companies hire for one job at a time, we have consistent full-time work for the next two years+ scheduled. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, quick on their feet, eager to grow and excel, self-motivated, fast paced. Having an eye for detail and a strong work ethic is essential You must have your own, personal, reliable transportation. At times you may be required to go to two different job sites in one day.
