Title 1-B is a federal program designed to help people obtain employment in local high-demand occupations to obtain a wage to become self-sufficient. Equus is the program provider in Lincoln County. We can provide $3000.00 for eligible candidates going to school (short term occupational programs, those who are graduating in a year or less), we can cover test fees, licenses, and other supportive services. We can also help individuals who are starting a new job by buying uniforms or helping with transportation assistance.
