Help needed to flip a house, remove tack strips, construction cleanup

Looking for worker. Flipping a house and need some general cleanup of interior, remove tack strips, pickup construction debris. Nothing too big. Painting would be a big help. Also need someone to do weeding with a hand tool so this must be something that you don't mind doing. Also some tree trimming too. This is on parking strips and planter box areas. Cash paid.
