I am in need of a qualified a/c person that can both install a new a/c unit in a house to provide central air. I am also looking for an experienced person who can work with my maintenance man to service various existing units. Unfortunately, my a/c man passed away recently from covid. This would be an ongoing job as needed. I need two houses to have central air installed. That is one job. These are rentals in the 1200 squared foot area. The continuous job is to take care of 18 separate properties; 13 houses and some apartments and rooming houses. Please bid on the two new a/c's and also what you would charge per hour on the continuous maintenance. Leave name, number, and bids please! Thanks!
