Looking for an exterior house painter in and around Lancaster to paint a two story house located near downtown. I would provide the paint and materials for the job, and the painter would supply the skill and time to complete the job. The house is rented so we are looking for a good scraping and one coat of the same color paint. The painting would need to start in the mornings and continue on those days when weather permits so that the paint job moves along and gets done sooner rather than later. The painter would need a ladder and tools to do the job. A MUTUALLY AGREEABLE CONTRACT PRICE would be paid upon successful completion of the job.
