Job Purpose: The purpose of the Cabinet Field Service Manager is to provide critical support to the company’s Field Operations team with timely hands on, technical assistance on our cabinet product, performed in a professional manner. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Read, interpret and understand a cabinet layout. Measure for add-on or replacement cabinets. Install or replace all components of cabinetry, including all trim. Touch up or repair both painted and stained finishes. Adjust doors, drawers/fronts and trim reveals. Communicate clearly with the Field Supervisors on any materials needed or work to be performed. Perform inspections alongside the Field Supervisor with homeowners or builders and conduct immediate repairs if possible to avoid an extra trip. If available, perform “hotshot” deliveries to installers or other techs to help complete a job. Perform appliance cut-outs in the warehouse prior to shipment and installation of whole house cabinet orders.
