We believe in ourselves and you will too. We are looking to hire full time Spray Foam Applicators for our Milwaukee WI location. An experienced Spray Foam Applicator will have the following essential functions: Load and unload insulation materials Complete prep work for installation, may include foaming penetrations, caulking gaps, installing baffles, etc. Operate spray foam equipment by carrying/holding a hose that applies foam insulation Load blower machine with fiberglass, cellulose, or rock wool insulation; regulate flow of materials. Blow to appropriate depth/density Install vapor and air barriers as needed Properly maintain equipment and tools Follow safety guidelines and procedures Ensure clean job site Other duties as assigned The Spray Foam Applicator will have the following requirements: 2-5 years of construction or painting experience preferred to include, but not limited to fiberglass batting, spray foam, blown-in, trim carpentry, drywall hanging, airless paint sprayer, or framing experience. Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per day. Ability to adjust to seasonal temperatures.
