Responsibilities: • Interior cleaning • Exterior cleaning • Landscaping • Mowing • Building maintenance and management for Electrical systems, HVAC systems, Plumbing systems, irrigation systems, parking lots and ground maintenance. Skills and experience that are necessary for this position. • Construction and landscaping tool and machinery experience • Carpentry skills and experience • Landscaping experience • Communication skills • Interior cleaning experience • Grounds maintenance and mowing experience
