Our team is looking for an experienced Concrete Foreman to manage projects based out of the Northeast Arkansas area. You will supervise our concrete employees and ensure projects are completed on time. As a foreman, your job duties include working directly with a diverse team and ensuring projects are run successfully. Responsibilities: Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, etc. to determine project needs. Plan construction processes Rebar installation Pouring pads leading a team of up to 10. minor blueprint reading Requirements: transportation concrete pouring experience. Pay: $18 - $22+ per hour Potential for on-time/on-budget bonuses 10 to 20 hours of OT each week Paid weekly Benefits include: Fuel paid if travel necessary.
