From the Shelter's FB Page: Fridays are for FUN!! Join us today at the Franklin County Dog Shelter, from 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. for an exciting fun filled day with the pups. All dog and puppy adoptions will be just $25 ALL day long + each adopted dog will go home with a special adoption day goodie bag! Kona Ice will be on site and stocked with delicious flavors from 12:00pm - 2:00pm.
