Drywall Popcorn Texture Removal and Installation

Looking for someone to help to remove popcorn textures from ceilings and walls in my basement. The basement is about 1500 sqrt ft in total with three rooms. Entire walls and ceilings are covered with popcorn textures and painted in white. You will need special tools or special sprays to remove those textures. Once textures removed, the walls need to sanded and smoothed for painting. In addition, the bottom section of ALL walls (2 ft) needs to have new drywall installed, taped and sanded.
