No experience needed!!!! OUR MISSION: We are advocates for the Illinois Shines Program. Our mission is to help Illinois hit its goal of 40% renewable energy by 2030. Our organization works within the community to help educate renters, homeowners and business owners about a new State Administered Benefit Program called "Community Solar." This program is completely free (no sign up fees, no subscription fees, and no cancellation fees.) On top of that, it saves the subscribers 10% on their electric bill while going GREEN! Agent Responsibilities: - Explain the program and benefits to potential subscribers (1-2mins) - Help enroll subscribers via a smartphone/tablet by simply scanning a QR code. (2-3mins) - Network and customer development What we are looking for: 1. Good interpersonal/speaking skills (must be able to talk to anyone) 2. Driven individuals - this is a performance based job, which means the earning opportunity is much greater!!! 3. Self-starter and coachable 4. Someone who cares about the environment 5. Must be presentable and have good hygiene 6. Smartphone with internet connection required 7.
