Our client is expanding and looking to double in size. Located in Richmond, IL, our client is a plastics manufacturer that specializes in extruding and recycling plastic. Competitive Wage $16.50/hr with no industry experience.  $17- $19/hr with direct manufacturing experience - DOE. Permanent employment from day! Consistent working hours- Night Shift Needs. Responsibilities: Setting up an extrusion or grinder machine, reading and following work orders to customer specifications. Operating an extruder machine to produce high-quality plastic packaging film and sheets and aiming to reduce the amount of machine and plastic waste. Performing basic machine maintenance to keep the machines running smoothly. Performing quality checks and measuring tolerances with various tools. What we need: Prior manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred, but not required. High school diploma or GED. The willingness to learn on the job, operate a forklift and have a great attitude. The ability to pull and push up to 70 lbs and the ability to be on your feet for the full length of shift. Positive, self-motivated individual, who is open to learning! A mechanical aptitude and high manual dexterity. Shifts: All shifts open + over time hours 3 time a mont. 1st shift: 6 am - 2 pm, Monday- Friday  2nd shift: 2 pm - 10 pm, Monday- Friday  3rd shift: 10 pm - 6 am, Monday- Friday  4th shift days: 6 am - 6 pm - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday- 2 on 2 off! 4th shift nights :6 pm - 6 am Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday. - 2 on 2 off!  If you are looking for a company that is growing, eager to help their employees, and that you can take pride in, look no further!
