Starting a pop punk band

I'm a 23-year-old woman starting a pop-punk band! I have a music theory background and had to compose, but I love performing, so I'm getting back into that. I'd be lead vocals, and we need bass, drums, and lead guitar (rhythm if we can get one too). Please be in your 20's or 30's, on the progressive/liberal side, and committed. I want to practice covers/write originals over the next few months then start doing shows in bars and other gigs. Have to be prepared with your own equipment or get ready to purchase.
