Hi, I am a landlord for multiple houses in search of a general handyman to do a wide range of work and property management. Tasks include: -Changing Locks -Painting and drywall -Fixing plumbing fixtures/leaks -General maintenance (pressure washing, changing window blinds) -Air conditioning and electrical work. The ideal person does not need to be skilled in all types of work, but must be responsive on phone and email, and must be able to make decisions, purchase materials, and coordinate with tenants.
