Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits Short- and Long-Term Disability 401k and company match Tuition Reimbursement 11 paid holidays per calendar year Vacation days prorated based on start date 1 hour of sick time accrued for every 40 hours worked Details: Flexible schedule – can start anywhere between 3am-9am – work 10-hour shifts Monday-Friday with OT on weekends Level 1 Operators - $21-$23 an hour, depending on previous experience Level 2 Operators - $23-$25 an hour, depending on previous experience Snoqualmie, WA Position Information: Accurate measurement and preparation of poly tubing per documented requirements. Pull and push wiring through poly tubing. Wire, solder, and assemble fabricated components to make subassemblies or assemblies for electrical, electronic, and/or mechanical systems. Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product operating requirements. Follow assembly procedures. Repair units and products that fail to meet requirements. Follow and maintain assembly procedure manuals and quality assurance requirements, including serialization, reject procedure, check-out logs, and in process inspections. Perform computer transactions in ERP system. Maintain production and quality standards. Organize and complete work assignments in a timely manner. Required Experience: High School Diploma Ability to assemble small components and perform soldering Good hand/eye coordination and hand dexterity Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wire drawings Detail orientated and strong accuracy in work Experience using shop measurement tools Strong mechanical aptitude
