Abacus Event Services and AHirePower are looking for 2 professional, experienced Registration professionals to provide registration assistance at a conference taking place at the Marriott in Anaheim on Sunday July 10th from 2:30 pm to 8:00 pm and on Monday, July 11th from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm.
The primary duties are looking up attendees’ names and printing badges. Our ideal candidate is one that has already performed this type of work.
This is a 1099 position and a signed contract will be required. The pay is $35.00/hr. and your payment for services will be made via direct deposit on Friday, July 15th. Parking at the Marriott will be reimbursed.
The dress code is professional black pants, professional black shoes and a solid white professional white button up shirt.
