Night Shifts pay $1.50 shift differential = $21.50/hr to start Permanent, stable work with an organization committed to employee growth Paid time off package with 10 holidays plus vacation Growth and Apprenticeship opportunities Tuition reimbursement Wellness program, Flex-Spend Account, and Health Savings Account Employer-paid voluntary life insurance and short term disability programs WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Operating oversize machines in a pulpit on the automated mill line Operate a large computer panel to ensure the machines are operating to standard, reviewing tolerances, and refilling paint Performing quality checks on equipment Lifting up to 50 lbs Preventative maintenance and daily inspections on equipment WHAT WE NEED: The Production Operators will be placed in straight day or straight night shift (need flexibility for either). Hours worked will be between 48 – 60 hours per week depending on business needs (M-Sat).
