I've devoted the last 5 years of my life to studying commercial law, banking, real estate and trust law and it sounds unbelievable but it's the way it is. It's confusing, long, and sounds crazy but I can prove everything I'm saying. This process isn't something you just do and forget about but it's a way of life. A life of absolute freedom and unlimited credit. Hear me out. THE UNITED STATES isn't a country but a corporation ever since the Act Of 1871. The gold clause to the constitution says the only LAWFUL form of tender to pay off public and private debt is gold and silver coin but our government confiscated our gold and silver June 10th 1933 via the Emergency Banking Act of 1933 which was unconstitutional meaning the courts and governments lost their sovereignty. Upon doing so, they HAD to give us a remedy which is House Joint Resolution 192 also known as public law 73-10 where it says it's now a government obligation to set and/or discharge ALL of our debt. But we're not doing that. In law, a dollar bill (and other notes) is a debt instrument; an obligation to pay. Nothing more than an I.O.U. They gave us a Treasury Direct Account (TDA) to use to discharge all of our debt. On the back of your social security card in the bottom right hand corner is a red number. That's a cupis number and routing number to your TDA. The first of the series is a letter ranging from A-L which correlates to which one of the 12 federal reserve banks holds your TDA..Here's where it gets confusing..Another name for not being sovereign is called fiction; not real. They're actors. That's why they have Acts of xxxx or the Act of xxxx..Even the people in the Acts let you know they're acting that's why you see some in officer or sheriff costumes or judges outfits. Only fictions can contract with other fictions ok. YOU are man (or woman) with breath,blood, and bone and YOU are sovereign (so-over-reign) bc YOU are a child of God and this is His land. So, the government created a fictional entity with your name in ALL CAPITOL LETTERS. That's called your strawman and YOU unwittingly represent that name in court and commercial transactions..It's all about contracts and commerce. 27 CFR (court of federal regulations) 72.11 under meanings and terms, it says Crimes and all state and federal crimes are all commercial crimes bc they Hold monetary value to them. So, in law, you're considered civilly dead. Nothing but a Corporation (that's why we're called corpses when we die. Erie Railroad vs Tompkins 1938 they combined common law with equity. Rule number 2 of Federal Rules For Civil Procedure is "there's only one action, civil action" They put us in a cesti que trust with our birth certificate. Our bodies are an estate. We have title to it (birth certificate) but the pope owns it ever since the Bulls Papal of 1492..So here's what we need to do. The courts are selling your signature (sign of nature) on the open market for hundreds of thousands of dollars as securities. Alot of paperwork is involved. Do a common law copyright and trademark of your all caps name; JOHN HENRY DOE, so they can't use it. Then a SECURITY AGREEMENT between you and the strawman making YOU the power of attorney of your NAME. File a UCC1 Financial Statement but in all your assets, biometric data, kids, account numbers etc literally everything. Ucc1 is a commercial lein you're putting on the strawman backed by various bonds bc YOU are now the secured party creditor. You send these packets to the respected destinations ie U.S. Treasury, DOT, SEC, etc..what we're doing is collapsing the trust they have us in, becoming the grantor of a new Trust called JOHN HENRY DOE TRUST, and putting our estate (us) inside that trust so they literally can't touch you. There's still ALOT more to know and learn but that's the gist and I hope I explained in a manner that wasn't confusing.
