AC unit isn't working properly

My HVAC system seems to have a problem. Working fine until today. No cool air. Doesn't seem to be working at all. Not an old unit...maybe less than 3 years old. Hoping to try this route before calling a heat and air company....maybe someone who works for one looking for a side job? maybe someone who used to and still knows a thing or two about them? It's worth a shot. Text only. I don't take phone calls because of the scam calls I get all the time. Obviously Hoping to get this fixed soon as my house is Hot.
