2022 Dates: July 7- Kick Off Picnic (Note: Only this event will be held at Field Park Pavilion C) August 4- Tips and Tools For Back To School September 1- What the Heck is Hippotherapy? October 6- Get to know the Autism Society of SE WI November 3- Celebrate Autism: Panel of Individuals Living with Autism December 1- Sensory Friendly Holiday Celebration What is this group about? You spoke, and we heard you! We are bringing Autism resources, presentations and support to the tri-county area of Racine, Walworth and Waukesha counties. The Connection Is You! Who should attend? These sessions are primarily designed for parents or primary caregivers of children and young adults diagnosed with Autism or other developmental disabilities. Some events for the whole family! How to attend: Pick the sessions that are right for you!(Session overviews, locations and dates below) What other details do I need to know? •We will meet the first Thursday of the month from 6:30-8 PM (Note: July picnic and December Holiday Party will meet 6-8 p.m.) •Childcare is not provided, unless specified as Family event. Note: We understand that sometimes the day does not go as expected, so registrations are encouraged but not required. registration data provided is used as the basis to obtain funding for our community programs and supports.
