Aunt Tara's first public Cannabis Breathwork Session. Join our circle, and see why Cannabis can be utilized as a psychedelic. Enhance the tool you're already using with breathwork. Bring a yoga mat if you have one, (we have some extras!) Bring a blanket, eye shades if you have a pair, and dress comfortable. Come prepared to learn in depth about your body and breath, and it's connection to our past and future healing. Stop by Moonlight Apothecary for the recommended strain mixture, or bring your own!
