Micro Mech is a machine-shop manufacturing graphite parts that are used mainly for the semiconductor industry which has seen and continues to see extraordinary growth. We are a subsidiary company to Ibiden Co., Ltd headquartered in Japan. We are located on Route 1 in Ipswich, MA and are in need of a reliable full-time coating technician/general-labor team member for our graphite post-processing area, to assist in all aspects of the department. Responsibilities: • Assemble products in warehouse manufacturing environment • Handling of fragile Graphite parts • Loading and unloading the parts into coating vessel and ovens • Perform all quality checks on inventory/parts prior to assembly • Receive, process, locate parts/product/shipments in warehouse • Meet/Exceed production standards, hitting goals and working safely at every point in the manufacturing process Requirements: • Basic computer operation skills and accurate typing ability • Knowledge of safety standards in a warehouse environment and in the operation of warehouse equipment • Must wear proper PPE when handling various Solvents / Chemicals BENEFITS AVAILABLE for FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES • Accrued vacation time (2 weeks after 1 year) • Health, Vision, and Dental insurance • 401K participation after 30 days of employment • 10 Paid Holidays annually per company calendar • 8 PTO days accrued annually per company calendar HOURS • First Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM • Third Shift: Thursday - Sunday, 9:45 PM - 6:15 AM PAY RATE • Competitive pay based on experience • $17-18/hour for entry-level
