Why Redline: Work for an awesome boat tour company with a small, close-knit group of people. We think living on Maui is no ka oi and want you to have 3 days off, every week to enjoy this beautiful island! Also offering 100% paid health, dental and PTO. We love our employees and we think it shows with our extremely low turnover. You: Lived on Maui for at least 1 year. Excellent swimmer (lifeguard skills - CPR/First Aid - we can help you get this if you don't have it) and love snorkeling, especially Molokini. You love to show guests over-the-top aloha and get excited to show them all the beauty of our beautiful island in the water and out! You know what island is behind Molokini and knowledge of reef life (and love learning more). You consider yourself intelligent and see problems before they arise and keep calm in stressful situations. Previous boat experience preferred. Most Important: Show up on time, every day - no exceptions. Good physical condition (small boats on rough seas are not for fragile people). Looking to stay with Redline for a long time (1 year commitment). The Gig: The rafts hold about 20 people and we do 1 trip to Molokini on each boat per day departing from the Kihei Boat Ramp. We also do whale watches through March. The crew accompanies the captain working from 5:30AM-1:30PM. Some days are a little longer with maintenance. Crew will be responsible for attending to guests in and out of the water (snorkeling for 1+hrs/day). Pay will depend on experience but you will split tips with the captain.
