Family-owned roofing business looking to add a new crew to our family. We are looking for a crew to tackle at least 1 roof a week in the San Antonio and Austin areas. We are looking for honest, reliable, good contractors. I have subbed many roofs for many years and I need a really good crew. I don't like crews that cut corners. We pay same day. ACH deposit, check, or Zelle. You finish the job and I pay you. It's that simple. We pay $65/sq-$80/sq depending on the roof. If the roof is really steep or difficult we will come up with pricing. $5/square extra if you carry verifiable GL insurance in your name. Because gas prices are high, I pay an extra $300 on every job to help cover the costs. Must speak English (at least 1 or 2 people on the crew). Must have an EIN, ITIN, TIN, or SSN.
