Join Jill later this month for a free seminar regarding resources that can be leveraged for the BIPOC community if you're looking to buy a home or just want to know more! Anyone interested is welcome to attend and free food will be provided :) “The media is sensationalizing and capitalizing on rising interest rates, prophecies of inflation, joblessness and a housing crash and applying a fire hose to hope. There are a large array of Down Payment Assistance programs to help people get into that elusive first home. There are also special programs for people of color, such as First Bank's PATH Program, which can be used with the Dearfield Program, for anyone who is African American or Black. The City of Denver has a Social Equity program as well and there are others. My team and I would like to share and help the BIPOC community leverage the social equity programs put in place."
