Here is a glimpse of what to expect: 6:00 - 7:00: One hour paddleboard exploration on the lake (Beginner and experienced are welcome. We will provide a few suggestions of routes to travel via paddleboard.) 7:00 - 7:45: Become immersed in nature and connect through all five senses as we engage in mindfulness and reflection exercises on land. Refreshments will be served. Reservation Details: Cost fee is $30 plus Eventbrite Fee - Includes paddleboard, paddle and life jacket rental, snacks + drinks. To avoid Eventbrite fee, you may use Venmo. Please contact me at (585) 749-0209 for more details. In the event that weather impacts this gathering, you will be refunded. *Limited spaces available. Reservations must be completed by Thursday, July 14th to confirm the number of paddleboard rentals available* Please bring: -Journal + pen -Sunscreen -Water -Blanket or towel to sit on Parking: Parking is available across from Canandaigua Sailboard (next to Scoops Ice Cream).
