Join Dr. Laura Goodman and Blane Stacy and fellow grazers as we discuss problems we encounter when managing land. Dr. Goodman has been doing research on range and pasture and the value of using chemicals to control problem plants. The results might surprise you. Blane Stacy will help us differentiate between a weed and a useful forb. The health of the land can be determined by understanding biological Indicators present in the field! We will spend time in small groups discussing real problems and practical solutions. We want to hear about your challenges and solutions. Experienced Oklahoma producers will share their stories and lessons learned. The day will end with a panel of producers and professionals talking about soil, grass, and grazing. This will be great time to ask those tough questions!!!!! Most of all our goal is to bring clarity in identifying problems and bringing SUCCESS to your farming practice!!!!
