IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR A MOTIVATED WAREHOUSE LABORER - NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED This opportunity is available for an individual to fill a crucial role in our office/warehouse located in Hell's Kitchen, Midtown Manhattan. Our organization - with over a century of professional fire prevention services to New York City - is a great place to find a career. The successful candidate shall be able to: Work flexible hours which will be primarily Monday - Friday 9:30 Am - 5:30 Pm \ (There is flexibility with this but you will have a minimum of 40 hours work each week and opportunity for overtime as well) Lift and carry objects and equipment over 35 lbs. May involve carrying heavy objects up multiple flights of stairs. Ability and willingness to work in confined spaces, at heights, as well as performing work on ladders and lifts. Safety minded attitude and willing to follow all safety guidelines. Ability to learn and work with high pressure water washing equipment and high caustic degreasing agents. Willingness to learn some basic electrical testing (We will train). A positive attitude and a desire to learn.
