As part of the Traveling Vineyard Warehouse Team your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Receive and put away inventory Routine inventory checks on schedule and as the need may arise Get customer orders ready and pack them up Palletize and load boxes into trucks for shipment Use scanners to read bar codes on products View prompts on screens and follow the direction for some tasks Troubleshoot problems Ensure product meets quality requirements Operate power industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet driver, and work at heights up to 40 feet. Equipment training and certification are provided free of cost. You'll also need to be able to: Lift up to 49 pounds Push utility carts up to 60 pounds Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around Go up and down stairs (where applicable) Work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable) Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards The ideal candidate: Easily learns and retains information presented Enjoys problem solving and is solution-focused Has the ability to work independently as well as with a team and can follow directions Is over 21 years of age Compensation: $18.00/Hour Employment Type: Non-Exempt Days/Hours: Monday – Friday; 8AM – 5PM EST Employment subject to background check Drug testing may be performed at random and at the sole discretion of the employer Traveling Vineyard offers fun and educational wine experiences featuring our exclusive, award-winning wines from around the world.
