On Monday, July 25th, at Keller Williams Realty Signature, our very own Joseph Krutza will be leading the discussion on Microaggressions and why they are harmful at work and at home. For many of us, microaggressions are so commonplace that it seems impossible to tackle them one at a time. Experts say the first step to addressing a microaggression is to recognize that one has occurred and dissect what message it may be sending.
