Yoga Celebration of the summer sun with 108 Sun Salutations Saturday August 13th 6:00 PM -8:30 Benefiting Blue Lotus Temple Woodstock Challenge yourself to 108 Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar) Find out how significant 108 is to the universe! Challenging yourself mentally and physically, you will be surprised that you CAN do it, while building strength and detoxifying. We will end with a Restorative Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation. Hosted by Blue Lotus Sangha members and Certified Yoga Teachers: Sher, Krista, and Angela We will meet at Emricson Park in Woodstock, (or at Blue Lotus Temple if there are weather related issues).
