I am a growing business focused on furnishing properties for short term rental such as airbnb and lodging professionals such as travel nurses, business people etc. I’m picking new properties all around the boston Area. I am looking for an experienced handyman to help me set up my properties. Handyman must be able to: - Have their own transportation - Can move things and lift heavy - Be flexible: drive to your properties as needed. - Lead time must be within 24 hours - Install doorknobs (digital locks) - Wall mount TV - Install curtains - Maintenance and repairs - Moving furniture - Repair broken floors, air filters, smoke detectors, washing machine, broken curtains - Routine checks - Preferably has a team if needed - Setup: TV, Wifi - Work on an hourly basis - Occasionally setup entire houses where we work all day
