Description
I went through construction the other day, and it reminded me of a situation a couple years back.
It was later in the evening in 2019, and there was road work at the intersection of Rt 40 and Grindstone Rd.
Traffic was backed up and I pulled off into the gas station and carwash parking lot because I couldn't tell if the direction I needed to go was clear or not, and was pretty stressed out.
You were walking by and were nice enough to stop and talk to me about the situation.
You were very attractive, pleasant, and helpful. I appreciated you making a joke and lightening my concerned mood after I said I might just pull in to one of the carwash bays to kill time until traffic cleared up.
I really wish I hadn't been so nervous and could have managed to make a flirty crack back to what you said about your truck or had asked for your number.
I thought about taking that route again on a different day just for that purpose, should the opportunity have presented itself again.
Unfortunately, a family emergency came up, and by the time that was handled, the roadwork in that area had long been finished.
I was in a black SUV. You were tall with dark hair and a short beard. I think a silver truck?
You made a positive impact, and thank you for being kind.
