Description

Open House and Registration Eventfor Students, Volunteers & MentorsQCRA is hosting an Open House event to introduce students and parents to FIRST® robotics programs. We promote STEM career paths through mentor-based programs that build science, engineering, and technology skills, inspire innovation, and foster well-rounded life skills including self-confidence, communication, problem solving and leadership. Each robotics team runs like a business where students can explore different career paths and learn through hands-on experience side by side with mentors who are professionals in various STEM fields. Our robotics teams participate in FIRST robotics events with other teams from across NC and globally. * FIRST = For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and TechnologyThis event is open to all middle and high school students, families, and volunteers in the Charlotte area.
