The objective of the Ladder Academy is to provide a safe and conducive learning environment for participants looking to learn, practice and refine the skill of throwing ladders. The Ladder Academy is hosted by San Bernardino County Fire and will educate participants on the components of ladders, how to safely and efficiently throw ladders and provide hands on repetition to refine their skills and practical application .
