We’re brewing four regional Pils styles from around the globe to demonstrate how we brew the best lagered beers in Southen California. Heck, Andy may even pull some vintaged beers out of the vault to taste & pair next to the first beer in this series. The Pilsner Project was created to showcase our love for lagers here at Last Name. The Pils crisp, clean, balanced, & approachable to everyone who tries it. Although it is a relatively young style (in beer years, of course), there are a surprising number of styles & approaches out there. This Summer we will be celebrating out interpretation of four styles from around the globe, starting with the classic Irish style! and this being the 3rd!
