We use urban logs normally overlooked by the lumber/wood industry. These logs are milled into slabs at our West Oakland facility, dried, surfaced, and made available for sale to the general public and wood working professionals of all kinds. We are a full service sawmill offering milling, planing, sanding, as well as finishing. We also design fabricate custom furniture and fine carpentry services for our clients. We are looking for someone who has an open mind, open eyes, is open to learning, has a strong work ethic, can be on time, and stays off their phone. You must also be organized, be able to take direction, and have the ability to lift 80 pounds, safely, and often. (We will teach you how if you do not know).
