Entry LEVEL - Exclusion/Repair/General Pest Tech - FT role (w/Benefits) (campbell) Top Hourly Pay! We are an established pest control company here in the bay area. We are looking for Exclusion/Repair/General Pest Tech to join us Full-Time. You should have construction experience similar to a handy man and the ability to problem solve and figure out how animals are accessing homes and businesses. We are willing to train these skills if you are a strong candidate otherwise. Once entry points are identified, entry points will need to photographed, documented and you will report back to the main office. Upon client approval, you will be excluding or sealing identified entry points. Outside of initial appointments, candidate will be charged with maintaining their own work schedule. Details: Monday - Friday, 8-5 (no weekends) Route area could include most of the greater Bay Area but will likely focus on San Jose and the Peninsula. We are looking for someone who is a fast learner, punctual, reliable and looking for a long-term position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following tasks: * Hard Worker *Must be able to work independently and be organized *Work with support staff and maintain own appointment schedule * Not afraid to climb ladders * Handy * Okay in tight spaces and handling deceased animals * Great Customer Service * Can work outdoors * Clean driving record- truck provided by the company! *If not already licensed, need to acquire Applicators license within 90 days. Specific skills required: * Excellent communication skills (oral, written and communication with cell and text) * Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment * Quick learner with attention to detail * Need to be RELIABLE * Work out Doors * Willing to learn * Can work with others * Empathy for our customers * CLEAN DMV record Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience.
