We are informal group of homeschooling families coming together to provide our kids with a homeschool community! Our program meets twice a month on thursdays from 2pm-3pm. Check schedule to confirm which thursdays as it does vary. The first meeting a parent volunteer give a lesson on a previously selcted subject and the following meeting children are encouraged to give prepared presentations that are somehow related to the lesson that was given. It could be any kind of presentation, big or small, written or activity, whatever works for that child! We like to promote the oppertunity to work on a project and then practive public speaking and presentation.
