This is a FULL TIME JOB from Monday - Friday with the option to choose between 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm (40 hours per week-no overtime). Our ideal candidate must be responsible, team player, detailed oriented, must have reliable transportation and willing to travel in Broward county. Handyman will be responsible in getting suites ready for future tenants ( painting, cabinet, mirror, sink installation) based on business needs. A/C environment work !
