Friends of Dinghy Beach need activity partners for affidavits stating the individual was/is aware Dinghy Beach has been a public beach and public access was available from the time period OF AT LEAST 20 YEARS PRIOR TO 2020 is required from 30 people. DID YOU KNOW DINGHY BEACH WAS A PUBLIC BEACH AND THE PUBLIC HAD ACCESS TO IT SINCE AT LEAST 1999? 30 people can save our public beach - are you one of them? Will you help? Know someone who can help? An additional 30 people signing an affidavit that Dinghy Beach has been a public beach and public access was available from the time period OF AT LEAST 5-20 YEARS PRIOR TO 2020 will help solidify the beach's validity as a public beach. Are you one of those people who knew the beach was public and had public access from 1999-2020? Will you be one of the 30 "new kids" to back up the Dinghy Beach "old-timers" and join with the Friends of Dinghy Beach? A form is available via email for you to print and sign and hand on before or on August 16th from 16:30- 17:00 in front of City Hall - before the City meets to discuss the Agenda item.
