Come and spend an evening with Jenn and Amy for another amazing movement and sound experience. These two are joining forces again in the beautiful Michigan Academy of Folk Music building in Holland, MI. You are invited to leave the busyness of life behind for a while and intentionally spend some time gently connecting with your heart, body and mind, tapping into the support of your chakra system while calming your nervous system. The sound and the movement will help you unlock the blockages you may have in each energy center leaving you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and restored. No experience necessary:) What to bring: Yoga mat, blankets, a pillow for your head, an eye pillow if you have one. (Jenn will have some available for use and purchase). Where to park: Parking is on the side of the building or along the road. Time: Doors open at 5:50 and will be closing at 6:10.
