We are looking for (4) people to join our team. Positions vary from crew member to crew leader. We are expanding every year, and higher positions open up as we grow.

Responsibilities
Crew Leaders are expected to lead a crew in their daily routine and complete the necessary maintenance tasks for each property(mowing, week eating, trash clean up, lead removal, etc.)
Crew Members are expected to be open minded and learn the tasks and properties.
Managing the appearance of client homes, commercial properties and landscapes based on needs of our clients
Create a safe and clean work environment
On-the-job training with other crew members
We try to work 4 10-hour days when possible, with option for overtime on Fridays and the weekend when available
Benefits
$250 sign on bonus paid after 60 days of no missing work
Paid Time Off (PTO), after 1 year of employment
Weekly Pay
2 Paid Sick/Personal days each year, after 90 days of employment
Qualifications
Some crew members may require some training, which is okay.
Preferably -
Have several hours of experience on all types of commercial mowing equipment
Have a strong understanding of popular horticultural practices around landscape management
Experience driving a truck and trailer
Must be able to follow instructions and Lead others with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail needed
Ability to read and follow plans
Have general knowledge of horticultural practices and/or planting techniques
