Full-Time FedEx Ground Delivery Driver $16-18/Hour Paid Driving and Safety Training! Looking to start drivers now! Local FedEx delivery contractor looking for delivery drivers for P&D (pickup and delivery) routes dispatching from Mills River, NC. Training provided. CDL not required. Provided Training and FedEx Driver Certification: 2-3 Days of Classroom Safety Training (Inspections, maneuvering, safety) 2-3 Days of In-Truck Training (Inspections, road course, mock delivery, in-route training) Position Requirements: Must have a good attitude, good character, and reliable 4 days a week 10-hour shifts (Shift length varies based on workload/productivity) Monday – Saturday Availability Sunday Availability preferred but not required Able to lift or move packages up to 150lbs (Hand Truck Provided) Willingness to learn and grow! Employment Requirements: CDL NOT REQUIRED Must be at least 21 years old Must be able to pass a drug test Must be able to pass a background test Must have clean driving record Typical Day: Pre-Trip inspection of your delivery vehicle Sort and load packages into high roof van or box truck Pickup/Deliver ALL stops assigned to route daily Post-trip inspection of delivery vehicle Compensation (Paid every Friday): $16-18/Hour depending on performance Weekend shift differential 100% Paid vision and dental for full-time employees Vacation time after 1st year for full-time employees Medical Insurance is not provided Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
